The Challenge
ReadyWriter Services helps authors take manuscripts from idea to published book, with a faith-grounded approach that treats writing as spiritual work. The publishing space is crowded with vanity presses and impersonal services — ReadyWriter needed to stand apart.
Founder Giselle Quintanilla’s personal involvement is the differentiator, but the brand had to scale beyond ‘one person’ while keeping that intimacy. Seven distinct service tiers ($2,497–$10,000+) needed clear pathways without overwhelming first-time authors.
Post-publication was a dead end. Authors would publish and then have no system for selling. ReadyWriter needed to extend the relationship beyond the last page.


The Solution
Warm editorial design built on Espresso Brown and Soft Beige — the palette of a well-loved bookshelf. Playfair Display headlines and Great Vibes script accents give every page the feel of a hand-lettered dedication page.
Seven services are organized into a clear progression: coaching for those still writing, publishing packages for finished manuscripts, and Beyond the Pages™ for post-publication sales systems. A selection guide helps authors self-identify their stage.
Giselle’s media appearances (podcast embeds, YouTube features) demonstrate authority. Five client testimonials with headshots and review schema build social proof. The GHL booking calendar converts interest into Creativity Calls.
